The appointment-request form contains: name, selected massage, preferred date and preferred time.

This website does not store the data entered in the form in its own database. The data is processed locally in the browser solely to prepare the appointment request. The website does not send the form to Gregori automatically.

When you visit the pages, the hosting server may record technical data needed to deliver the site, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and browser data. This site has no analytics, advertising or profiling tools connected.

When you select WhatsApp or Telegram, the website prepares a message with the data you entered and includes that text in the URL that opens the service. That content may be transmitted to WhatsApp or Telegram when the link opens, before you press Send.

The message is not sent to Gregori automatically. Gregori receives the data only when you send the message from WhatsApp or Telegram.

Google Maps loads only after you tap “Show map”. When it loads, the browser connects to Google and sends technical data, including your IP address. Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6.1(b) RGPD: processing necessary to take, at the request of the data subject, pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, for the performance of a contract.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the appointment request and, where applicable, to maintain the relationship with the client. After that, it will be retained only for the periods required to meet legal obligations or any applicable liabilities.
